At just under 4,000 square feet, The Belmont features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Standout features include an open concept living space, a dedicated dining area, a spacious primary suite with a spa-like bath, and a private office that can also serve as a flex space or in law suite.
Every detail of The Belmont was carefully considered, showcasing how a custom home can be tailored to the way you live today while standing the test of time.
3. Oak + Ivy Manor
This fully custom French Country home was born from a shared vision between the homeowners and our design team to create a space that felt genuinely collected, lived in, and layered with history. Rather than designing a home that simply looked old, the goal was to incorporate materials with a true story to tell. Every reclaimed beam, antique door, and carefully selected finish was chosen for its authenticity, creating a home that feels as though it has evolved over generations.
The heart of that vision comes to life in the kitchen. The island was handcrafted from genuine reclaimed barn wood, chosen for its rich patina and authentic character. No two planks are alike, making it a truly one of a kind centerpiece. Above, a rough cedar tongue and groove ceiling with exposed beams brings warmth, texture, and depth, while natural materials such as poured concrete, handcrafted tile, and antique hardware reinforce the timeless character found throughout the home.
Every design decision was guided by the homeowners' love of French Country living: warm, welcoming, and deeply rooted in natural materials. The result is a home that is not only beautiful and highly functional, but deeply personal and impossible to replicate.
The best part about building with Old World is that no two homes are ever the same. Every project is an opportunity to bring a family's vision to life, creating a home that is deeply personal, thoughtfully crafted, and designed to be enjoyed for generations.
