1. The Grammercy

The Grammercy plan was completed Early in 2022 and will be OWC's featured model home in Columbus. Our design team worked hard to design this custom floor plan to be the ultimate family home. The Grammercy is just under 5,000 sq ft of living space. It was designed around having multiple spaces for work, school, and relaxing that maintain privacy when needed but still has the open floor plan concept people crave. The Lounge, Study Hall, and Bunk Bed Room are a few of the spaces we cannot wait to show you!

2. Granville Custom Residence

Located in Granville, Ohio this custom home is perfectly situated on a lot to give our homeowners the walkout basement they are looking for. The covered back deck will be the perfect spot to spend evenings overlooking the wooded backdrop.

A few of our favorite spaces in this design include the Scullery and Morning Room. The Scullery is located off the kitchen and provides the additional prep kitchen space you need for Holiday Entertaining. To access the Scullery, our homeowners are providing an antique door and we can't wait to share photos! The Morning Room is tucked off the kitchen is the perfect private retreat to take in the natural beauty of their land throughout the year.

Introducing the first home in our new OWC Modern Collection. When our design team thought about creating a modern collection of architectural designs, one constant theme continued to come up: Balance. We wanted homes that exuded warmth but still had a modern edge to them. The OWC Modern Collection are designs that are rooted in traditional architectural elements with a comfortable moderation and balance of Modern.
