Old World Classics, LLC, doing business as Old World Custom Homes (“OWC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website located at www.oldworldhomes.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy also applies to the affiliated entities OWC of Columbus, LLC, OWC of Cincinnati, LLC, and Old World Custom Renovations, LLC, all of which operate under the Old World brand.

Information You Provide Directly
When you submit a contact form, request information, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide. This information is transmitted to and stored within our customer relationship management platform (currently Salesforce) and may be used to respond to your inquiry and to send you communications about our services.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and the referring URL. We use this information to analyze Site traffic and improve our services.
Marketing and Email Communications
If you subscribe to our email list or provide your email address through a Site form, your contact information may be transferred to our email marketing platform (currently Mailchimp) for the purpose of sending you updates, project announcements, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email communication.
Payment Information
OWC collects credit card and ACH payment information in connection with certain transactions, including the Custom Design Agreement (CDA) payment. Payment processing is handled through third-party platforms, currently including Helcim, Buildertrend, and Threadkore. OWC does not directly store credit card numbers or banking credentials. The collection, storage, and handling of payment data is governed by the privacy policies and security practices of those respective platforms.
Telephone Communications
Inbound calls to OWC may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Call routing and recording are managed through a third-party platform. By calling us, you acknowledge that your call may be recorded.
3. Cookies and Third-Party Tracking
The Site uses cookies and third-party tracking tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tools collect information about how visitors interact with our Site and may be used to deliver targeted advertising on third-party platforms.

The Meta Pixel is a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. We will make reasonable efforts to address your request; however, we cannot guarantee the deletion of information from all third-party systems and platforms on which your information may be stored, including but not limited to Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google, and Meta. Deletion requests directed to those platforms must be submitted directly to those providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
7. California Residents
OWC does not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents who have questions about our data practices may contact us using the information provided in Section 12 below.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through the Site, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove that information.
