The construction time from shovel in the ground to move in is usually between 9 - 12 months.
We build custom homes throughout Northeast and Central Ohio. This range stretches from the metro areas of Cleveland to Columbus. Unsure if you fall within that range? Visit our Where We Build page and check out our map.
The architectural design and Interior Design Selection services are complimentary to you with your build. During the Architectural Design phase we will take a small deposit to do the more detailed 3D renderings before you sign a contract. One of our design experts will guide you through this process and can give you more details.
We are only set up to design plans that we build. We are currently building in Northeast and Central Ohio.
Generally our homes range between $600,000 and $1,200,000 for the build costs excluding the cost of land.
We generally like to start design when you are ready to build within a year. Usually when you look out longer than a year there can be things that change with your needs, design trends, land, and building codes which will affect the design
Yes, we should definitely talk about your home design conceptually. We can help give you a clear picture of what you need to search for in land in order to achieve the design and budget you are looking to target. We will also review potential lots with you so that we can give you accurate site costs and help you avoid any potential issues.
