A Modern French Country Home in Broadview Heights

The Vision
When our homeowners came to us with their ideas for a new build in Broadview Heights, they had one clear goal: create a home that felt warm, timeless, and personal. Inspired by French Country style but with a more modern edge, we worked closely with them to design a space that felt classy, cozy, and built for everyday living.

Inside, this 3,927 sq. ft. home is filled with details that reflect thoughtful craftsmanship. From handcrafted Amish cabinetry to custom millwork and beautiful tilework, every inch was designed with care. The layout flows easily from space to space, with touches like barrel arches, coffered ceilings, and a grand sweeping staircase adding architectural interest throughout.

The homeowners love to entertain, and this home was designed with that in mind. The kitchen opens up into gathering spaces that feel connected yet comfortable. The great room strikes a balance between cozy, bright, and moody in all the right ways.
Upstairs, a second-floor lounge offers a quiet getaway, while the owners' suite acts as a true retreat. Whether hosting guests of enjoying a quiet evening at home, this layout supports both.
