The architectural design costs are generally $1.50 per square foot of living area. To get started, we collect a $2,500 deposit during Phase 1 of the design process. We believe our interior designers play a key role in creating a smooth and enjoyable building experience, so their services are included as complimentary. If you need additional design services beyond the initial scope, they are available for purchase. During your Introductory Call, one of our design experts will walk you through the design process and answer any questions you may have.

We are only set up to design plans that we build. We are currently building in Northeast Ohio, Central Ohio, and Cincinnati, Ohio.

The average price of our homes is around $1 Million, however we build homes that range between $600,000 and $3+million for the build costs excluding the cost of land.

We generally like to start design when you are ready to build within a year. Usually when you look out longer than a year there can be things that change with your needs, design trends, land, and building codes which will affect the design

We will also review potential lots with you so that we can give you accurate site costs and help you avoid any potential issues.
