Cleveland Custom Home

This stunning spotlight home was designed for a growing family in the highly sought-after city of Bay Village on the west side of Cleveland. Tucked into an existing neighborhood it was important that the architectural style of the home blended with the existing streetscape. The all-black exterior gives it a bold presence that is softened by the warmth of the natural Cedar wood accents.

Great Room

Our favorite theme throughout the interior of the home is the casual warmth that makes you instantly feel calm. In the Great Room the first thing you’ll notice are the beautifully crafted built-in cabinets, mirrored on both sides of the fireplace, complete with arched tops that add a touch of sophistication to the room. The natural wood grain paneling on the backs of the shelves offers a striking contrast to the neutral wall color, creating a sense of warmth and depth. With its ten-foot ceilings and ample windows, the great room is perfect for entertaining guests, while still providing a cozy space for relaxation and quality family time. This room is the epitome of luxury living, where design meets functionality in the most perfect way possible.

Kitchen & Dining Room

This kitchen not only delivers on style with an open concept design but also solves the dilemma of where to hide the mess while entertaining with its expansive back kitchen. The island is the centerpiece of the space, with its unique sit-in area perfect for quick meals or a place to chat with guests while you cook. The gas range is equipped with a pot filler which makes cooking pasta a breeze! The natural wood grained cabinets add the touch of warmth to the space while the white quartz countertops create a striking contrast, giving the kitchen a modern feel. And when it comes to dining, forget the formal room – this home’s open concept design seamlessly blends the kitchen and dining area into one stunning space.

A scullery, known by many names like “back kitchen,” “Butler’s pantry,” or “messy kitchen,” is a separate area in a home used for preparing and cleaning up after meals. This space is a functional necessity in open kitchen designs to allow for extra storage, prep sinks, and to hide countertop appliances.  This scullery is accessed through a pair of elegant glass-paned French doors, leading into a space that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The highlight of the scullery is the island, which not only provides additional counter space but also serves as a hiding place for cooking messes. The floating shelves on the walls add to the practicality of the scullery, providing a designated coffee bar and mug storage.
