After selecting us as their Forever Home Builder it was time to get to work. Taking inspiration from one of our standard plans, The Mulberry, our homeowners worked side by side with our Architectural Designer making changes to achieve the perfect layout.
GETTING THE BALL ROLLING
Style Guide & 3D Model
You have done the work creating Pinterest boards and downloaded all of your inspiration for your home but how do you bring that together into your selections? We will take your ideas and organize them into a simplified Style Guide to use when making selections. A 3D Model is the best way to visualize your home before we break ground. We can adjust your colors / materials so when it comes time for your exterior selection meeting you know exactly what you are interested in.
